Data Deletion Instructions
This page explains how to ask AuditionMusic5 to delete the data we store about you. It covers every way you can sign in: an AM5 account, Facebook login, and Google login.
What We Store
- AM5 account: your username, password, and role (VIP / User).
- Facebook login: the name, username, and profile link that Facebook shares when you sign in. We never receive your Facebook password.
- Google login: your name and email address from the Google account you used. We never receive your Google password.
- Activity records: date and time of logins and visits, IP address, country, and browser type (standard server logs).
- In your browser only: a login session cookie and your site preferences (selected server, volume, last played song).
How to Request Deletion
Send an email to dev@auditionmusic5.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request" and include:
- how you signed in: AM5 username, Facebook name, or Google email address; and
- whether you want your account record deleted completely or only your activity records.
Nothing else is needed — no ID, no password. If you signed in with Facebook, you can also remove AuditionMusic5 from your Facebook account at Settings & Privacy → Settings → Apps and Websites, which stops any further sign-in.
What We Delete and When
- Within 7 days we delete your entry from our user lists (users, Facebook users, Google users).
- Within the same 7 days we delete or anonymise your entries (username, IP address) in the login and visit logs.
- We reply to your email as soon as the deletion is done.
- Your browser cookie is removed when you log out or clear your browser data — we cannot delete it from your device for you.
What Cannot Be Deleted
- Your Facebook or Google account itself — that belongs to Facebook/Google, not to us.
- Anonymous statistics that no longer identify you (for example, total visitor counts) and data we are required by law to keep.
